Another easiest video converter

Hi! I'm bought M6SL yesterday and tried dozen of converters, like JetAudio, BatMan, VirtualDub etc. But for me Bytessence Video Converter (based on ffmpeg) is easiest and simpliest.

that one has no framerate conversion, so the converted videos will stutter noticably.

FPS is a framerate. I check converted video, it have 20 FPS.

just skip some frames to get a lower framerate = "frame dropping" - movements are stuttering because frames are missing in between.
calculate interframes = "framerate conversion" = movements are smooth.
The Bytessence converter does only the first.
