Video converter dont work on my Vista!!

Oh ,

I've got my M6 SL yesterday.
I found that the video converter is not working!
I chose videos (MP4/RMVB)and press start, the problem is nothing happened!
It dont start and have no response!
Wt should I do?

I'm using Window Vista Basic.
I tried to use the program on Window XP and it worked!!
How can I convert videos on my Vista??

On Vista you may need to run the converter with admin rights, you can do this by right clicking on the converter shortcut and select Run as Administrator in the popup menu.

yeah that happened to me too when i first got my m6...just do what madman says and everything should be fine...though i do suggest you try out 'Batman' by Bobby Q ..its preferred by quite a few members on this forum including me....just do a search and you will find it in a nanosecond ...other than that the default video converter by meizu should also work fine...

In fact, I have tried to click that yesterday, yet the convert has no response..
may be it was "hanging" at that time.
