Newest BatMan and other converters

Can I get links for the newest version of BatMan and iRiverter please along with the best settings to use? Also what's the easiest program (least number of steps, smallest size, best quality) to use for DVD-Meizu conversion?

Thanks in advance, I've been reading a lot of posts the past couple of days and all the converter links were posted last year so just wondering if we can get an update.

Ok, what about DVD-Meizu? Easier just to DVD-Shrink and then VOD-Meizu? What programs do you guys use?
