The Idiots Guide to Syncing Audio.

OK, so you have converted a video with Iriverter, Batman, Meizu, whatever... and it looks good and sounds good but it's not in Sync. Here is a simple and quick solution.

Download VirtualDub and install on your PC
    Open VirtualDub
Click: File / Open Video File
Find your Meizu video and open.
    Click: Audio / Interleaving
In the 'Delay Audio Track By' field place a number of milliseconds. + value for early Audio, - value for late. 1000 = 1 second.
    Click OK
Out of the two 'Play' buttons at the bottom of the screen, click the one on the left.
Look at the video and if it's still out, adjust with the millisecond value until it's in sync.
Click Video / Direct Stream Copy. Direct Stream Copy (should now have a dot by it).
Click File / Save As AVI.
Name the file and save it. Should only take 10 seconds or so.

    Done.

When you play the video on your Meizu it should now be OK.

Ah, yes...., It was the 970ms delay that I had to put in to some Batman converted films that inspired me to write this. Great Video quality, great sound, but on my PC they just don't match up.

    It's 280ms delay, not 970ms

Nope. 970ms on my conversions, or sometimes even 1000ms. As you could guess, quite noticeable on playback.

in BatMan you can set the output device by entering "D" :
"Device is M6 Miniplayer" --> 230 ms delay (automatically)
"Device is PC" --> 0 ms delay (automatically)

for checking how much my videos are off-sync i have a media player where i can use a slider to change the delay while playing, its called KMPlayer,
its a pretty easy way to see how much delay you have to add.
