Thanked 14 Times in 11 PostsHello Mr.Nick92. Are you sure that your headphones are plugged in correctly, and the volume is up high enough? Also play the song/video on your PC first to see if there is actually sound. If this doesn't fix it, it might be a bug. You can go to the FAQ to see how to upgrade your player. Hope this helps.
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsThanks for the reply, The headphones are in the sound is up, even when i have the files on th PC, there is no sound, i got it from a DVD. i used DVD Decyptor an then batman, but why there is no sound beats me:eek:
