boo516, I don't know what that has to do with the video converter. Take videos with better source quality.

BobbyQ, really love your program. Just have a question though; can I stretch the video so it is full screen without it cropping, or should I just convert the source video to 4:3 and then put it through Batman?

Hi Kenshin, you can zoom your video freely as you like (cycle zoom modes with Z). But you can't make a 16:9 video full screen on the 4:3 Meizu screen without cropping (because that would give you egg-heads).
examples :
- a 16:9 video in "Full Screen" Zoom Mode would be cropped left and right
- a 16:9 video in "Wide Screen" would have black bars on top and bottom
- a 16:9 video in "Medium" Zoom Mode and a custom height of 200 would cut off a bit left and right and would fill the top and bottom with small black bars
read internal help §2.3 for more info. In any case, the original aspect ration will remain unharmed. If you need to correct a wrong aspect in your original video, you'll have to use some special tweaks which are described on BatMan's development thread (first post, bottom).BatMan, the free video converter for Meizu players. you can name your videos as you like. As long as you don't use any crazy special characters the Meizu will accept it.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsI can drag and drop files into batman. I can toggle settings, eg D, Z settings. But when I enter a number to begin converting, Batman simply closes. My video files are standard 'downloaded' avi files. Any ideas? MZ video conv. works no probs, but I'd prefer to use Batman

boo516 : please try to be more precise. Are you speaking of the replay on your player or your pc ? What do you mean by "pauses and starts again" ?
almagr : this is covered as Problem 2. But I wonder why the Meizu converter can do it because that is based on mencoder as well ? If you want I can examine this video for you. You can have the upload instructions via private message.BatMan, the free video converter for Meizu players. Problems ? English First Aid here. Deutsche Erste Hilfe hier.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts1. it is on my M6
When I mean stop and starting, the screen on my M6 just freezes for 1 second then runs for 5 seconds, then the screen freezes again for 1 second and the cycle goes on. I also found out that this stops after 5 minutes into the movie, but then the sound starts falling behind.
Thanks

hm, that sounds like if your movie has a too high bitrate - which should not occur at all using BatMan if you stay with the predefined profiles. Which settings/profile have you used for your movie ?
