Batman / Mencoder script based conversion in windows

I assume Batman uses mencoder to perform video / audio encoding. Can you please post what mencoder flags Batman uses for each preset on the M6?

Batman is great at video conversion, but I cannot figure out how to make it encode 500 music videos (4-5 min each) at a time. The windows drag and drop operations only allow around 15 videos at a time.

I wrote a batch script to work with the windows version of mencoder, however I cannot figure out the right combinations of mencoder flags to use with it. Often times my audio does not sync with video. Since it appears BobbyQ has it figured out, I'm asking for help.

Another option of course would be if maybe Batman has some kind of command line flag to make it run without user intervention so I can can just add that to my script?

Thanks BobbyQ, everything is working once I put all the files to be converted in a folder, and dragged the folder instead of the individual files.

Batman is great, thanks for that.
