    help getting wismencoder

    right, wismencoder is a converting program in chinese, and i can only find download links for it on chinese sites. as i live in england or due to someother reasons, i was unable to download it.
    if anyone here lives in china or can download it, can u please rehost it on this site or rapidshare etc so i can download it.
