subtitle

I have problem with encoding subtitles into video.

In virtualdub i need to convet it to ssa first and then use it in it, if i have subtitles in sub i need first convert them into srt and then into ssa and then use it in virtual dub, also i need to manualy calcualte heiht of the movie and then specify to use letterbox to 320x240 and offcourse i don't like math.

In memconder i don't know how to add make movie rotate 90 degrees right with subtitles \:

Can someone help me with it please?

I have solved it i will post tool for it at monday.
