uh.. not a person with this technical speak down...

uh well i want to know how to get youtube videos on to my Meizu.. truly i have no clue cuz my brother wont help me.. and does M6 mean meizu or something?? HELP!

M6 is just a code name for Meizu Miniplayer.

To get youtube videos on your Meizu, try Youtube downloaders such as this one. Then after you downloaded the video, convert it to the correct file format by using one of many video conversions programs - e.g. BatMan. Then put your converted video in the VIDEO folder of the M6. There you go.

What i usually do:

1. download the .flv file from youtube , you can start by using www.videodownloader.net

2. use cinemaforge (its available for free so you can simply google for it.) & convert the .flv file into wmv

3. use batman, convert it using your desired settings, drag into your meizu.

@smellybeans : why step 2. ?

just wondering how you ended up with an M6 instead of say... a more mainstream Ipod

well i have a nano ipod but i wanted a mp3 that can play videos but my parents wouldnt get me a video ipod. well my bother has the meizu and he warned me that it would get complicated but i guess i didnt listen.. and i dont really know if i have a m3 or m6?? whats the difference??

M3 is the Music card. It is longer and more narrow with a smaller screen. The touchpad is directly under the screen.

M6 is the Miniplayer. It has a larger screen and the touchpad is off to the right side. Look at my avatar if you want to see a pic.

Both play videos and both have great sound.

oh ok yea i have the M6. thanks for clearing that up.. oh and when i used Quivic for converting the vid, after i converted it, the vid had a Quivic logo all across it and when it was on my M6 it got kinda annoying..

use batman

just get the file that you downloaded, drag it into batman and choose a quality setting by entering the corresponding number.
it will then be in the same folder as your original video
then you can drag and drop it into your video folder

ok but when i drag it to the icon from youtube i type all those things it doesnt do anything..
