video's won't start

I just bought the m6 black 4gb. I used a few conversion tools provided on this site, and the one on the cdrom. Now when I want to start my movie, it stays at 00.00 and simply won't start, the only thing I can do is reset it as no buttons are working.

I downloaded a small youtube movie and converted that one , it's rather small but it works. now I would like to watch movies on my multi media player, does anybody have an idea why it won't play my movies?

Hi Ebbie, I use BatMan on the highest quality (5) and when videos don't work like this (about 1 out of 6) I reconvert them with the next quality setting down and test.
Most times it's something in the video and it fails again at 4 but then works once converted at quality setting 3.
Only once out of approx 4 or 5 times that this has happened to me where I have needed to resort to convert at quality setting 2 - which then worked.

For the kind of problems you describe there is a special command "repair" in BatMan that might come handy

Thanks BobbyQ, I'll give that a try instead of reducing the quality.
