Video Conversion - Widescreen?

Hi, I can convert videos and get them to play on my miniplayer, the fps fluidity and hiccups aren't the best but thats fine, I just need to know one thing.

When I play this certian video I'm puttin on there, it looks a little bit vertically stretched. I need to convert it with those two widescreen black bars on the top and bottom. They don't need to be too big or perfect, but something.

I have one that was converted twice (i think) a while ago that actually put widescreen bars on it and it looks great, but I can't get it done again I cant replicate it.

Can anyone at all try to help me to convert a video to the miniplayer and keep the original videos ratio by adding widescreen bars??
