Can't Delete Videos

Hi,

i am new here on meizeme. and i just have my m6 for 2 days but now i have a problem, I can't delete my videos.

If i click on them and delete them they dissapear if i go to the map below and then back they just reapear and then i can't delete them because they maybe protected of wrighting

plz help me

use windows explorer to check for write protections.

I Don't know what you mean.... But i only have the problems with videos. I can delete al my music but not my videos :S

right-click a video file in the windows explorer, properties, "read-only". if this is checked, the Meizu may not delete it.

The Map VIDEO is Read Only, but if i change that, it automaticly changes back :S

The Files aren't read only.....

Can u play the reappeared videos?

I remember I have had a similiar problem with a cheap mp4 player. In that case, the flash chip was malfunctioning, and I had to send it back.
But maybe you try a formatting first.

You should contact your vendor before you do that !

Weird thing is it only happens with the videos, if it is malfunctioning shouldn't happen it to all the things on my mp3

I Have fixed the problem, i saw a similar topic about it and there they used the program Unlocker, This works perfectly so for the people who have the same problem download it HERE

Hm ... so you have to use unlocker everytime when you delete a video ? That is still strange. You should format the memory and put the latest firmware on it, then try again.

It is because explorer is generating preview of video. If you turn it off or clear up your DS fiters, then it shloud not be a problem.

It's indeed explorer.exe that keeps me from deleting them without the program. How do i turn this of :P

If you don't want to use unlocker, the simplest thing I can think of to try is putting the file into a new folder and then going back and deleting the folder. That way FFDSHOW doesn't try rendering the file and creating a preview (if that is indeed the problem).

But you can't move file (in explorer) while it is in use (generating preview).
