Isn't it called a 'converter', not a formater?

Anyways, use BADAK. I recommend it because:

    1. It is very easy to use
    2. Very fast conversion rate (180MB to 60MB within 5 mins)
    3. Can be used on-the-go (no program installation required)

Download the newest version of BADAK here:

    http://eng.kipple.pe.kr/doc/badak/

After that, use one of 3 presets for the Meizu M6, which is in the attached file. Copy the 3 extracted files into the 'presets' folder, after you finish extracting BADAK.

Start BADAK, 'add file', select one of the Meizu presets (go with medium quality first), choose destination folder, click START.

It should be converting, and when all is done, it will say 'All Complete' in the box displaying a lot of text.
