    Meizu91,

VirtualDub 1.7.1 has been optimized for Vista.
    http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/

PocketDivxEncoder works on Vista and is very easy.
Problem with videos on player (SOLVED)

You may need to install a newer codec pack like K-Lite Full 3.01

I use the converter that comes with the M6
Doesn't seem to work for a lot of people on Vista but it does for me just like it did on XP

...for me it works perfectly on Vista - it's just like on XP.

@Meizu91: So try the one that comes with your M6.

Bringing up this old thread as I just tried to put videos on my M6. I'm running Vista Ultimate/64 bit and couldn't get the video converter to work.

Scanning through some threads here I discovered that I just need to run VC as administrator. Video Converter works just fine for me in V/64 now.

I believe the CD that comes with the M6 has both 32 and 64 bit VC programs. I initially installed the 32 bit and it didn't work with V/64. I then installed the 64 bit program but it wouldn't work properly until I ran it as administrator.

FF and everything seems to work just fine on my M6. I also have firmware 2003.2.

I'm presently trying out the Loli converter under Vista/64. Looks good thus far.
