    Video not working

Whenever I try to view a video on my Meizu M6 there is a small rounded rectangle with a arrow in a circle for a second or two and then the screen just goes black. I have to do a hard reset in order to turn the M6 back on again. Is this just a bug with the latest firmware or am I doing something wrong? Yes, I am using the video convert software provided with the Meizu.

    basically it should work
how long are the videos you're trying to play in minutes?

The arrow in a circle seems to be the USB connection
Did you upgrade to the latest firmware/.

Make sure the USB TRANSFER ICON finishes its animation before unpluggin it. Also "Safely Remove" your drive from windows (or umount in linux)
