    Video compression rate , Whats it like.

    I havnt recieved my miniplayer yet , but i wanna know what the compression rate is like , whats the highyest quality value (Meg per min) and what is the lowest , how does it compare to the audio quality of the file , Whats reccomended , Is it watchable??

    i watch everyday a episode of prison break in the bus, and it is watcheble, and the compression rate is with me about 1:1.9

    thanks , so its quite good , a 2 hours film fits in 250 meg

    wel thats about original 700 mb so that would be almost 350 mb

    It all depends on what quality you want. While around 250Mb yields acceptable quality for a full-length movie, as Hillman5100 said, it might need 350Mb or even 400Mb for high quality.

    Also, if you do a two-pass encoding, it is possible to gain more quality for the same amount of space.
