Not able to get meizu menu

Hi, I'm using meizu after quite some time.

when i switch on my meizu, it directtly goes to the playlist, and then when i try to change to main menu, its not happening.

Kindly someone help me out please !!!

Very strange........... I never got that peoblem.
Are you sure you didn't do anything with "Main menu"? (You can go to "Settings"-"Main menu" to set your player)

If you are sure that is broken. You can format your player. Do following steps:
Just for M6SL !!
1. Turn off your player
2. Turn on, when it display "Loading" press "<<" for more than 10 seconds until it display"Low level formating... ..."
3. After format your player, it will display "purple screen". Now connet to computer, download firmware to your player.
4.Turn off,Turn on,Turn off,Turn on
5.End

Attention: Before format your player, you'd better backup your data.

Just try a normal Firmware Update. If that doesn't work, your Menu button probably isn't working. Click on the "Return" button, see if that works.
