M6 SP won't boot after dissemble.

Guess I’m the one who help this time.
I did open my old SP for repair the touchpad that slowly became malfunctioning (ended up that I didn’t touch anything)
Everything seems to go fine but after I’ve got the backplate back on again it won’t give me a loading screen.
The screen flash as usual when I press the PLAY button but not more happens. I can press and hold the PLAY button again and the screen just flash again. In that the boot up seems to fail somehow.

DFU recognize the player and copy the firmware over but it stays in “emunerating…”. Not sure if that’s normal. At least it won’t change the situation.
I’m sure the connectors are placed correctly.

    Edit:
I just look into player again and pressed the main board and suddenly it did bring up the player formatting. I was able to copy the resource file and get it run but the touchpad were pretty screwed up.
After further investigation I having a serious bad connection at the touchpad wire. ^^ Not good!

You get this when one of those ZIF connections (the ones coming from the screen or touchpad) are loose. It won't boot up.

    Yes
The screen ZIF/flex connection is fine. I notice when the touchpad connection isn't installed or working it differently won't boot up. I can touch the flex cable and sometimes it will come alive but the controls were mostly screwed up all the time but it was pretty noticeable the connection was real bad.

I have now make further tries getting this player stable again but now I really believe the flex cable have say goodbye. I can't fix this. The damage even isn’t visible.

I need at least some new parts (front house with attached touchpad) or a new player but I really doubt eBay can help me much anymore.
If someone can help or give a hint finding parts or a working 8GB SP you welcome leaving me a pm and I will be very grateful. I’ll do searching but I need any help I can find.

eBay does occasionally have broken SP's up for grabs. In your case, it sounds like a bad wire, either from corrosion, or just a broken wire. Most likely though, it is corrosion, because the wire is not flexed at all during normal use. Maybe you can use some alcohol and clean up the connectors? Maybe you can force it to work by entering the calibration menu.
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.

Players: Meizu M6 SP 4GB, iPod Touch 4G
Headphones: SoundMAGIC PL-50s, Auvio In-Ear Armatures, Bose QC-15s.
Current Audio Congifuration: X-Fi Elite Pro w/LM4562 Mod -> Mission MS-50 + Boston Acoustics Subwoofer

I checked eBay today a found one or tow but the problem, they usually won’t ship outside US.

There are no signs of corrosion or some the small breaks. I really think the cable itself is broken somewhere. I have cleaned lightly the connectors and plugs like you said, but no help.
    And no pad….no calibration!...

Two years ago there was someone with a broken touchpad cable who was able to repair it, but i guess you'll need a lot of luck (and skills).

    Nice found.
It is that some sort of issue I ran into but I need more than luck to handle such small things. I also don't know for sure where loose connection is, so it won't really help me further.

You need a Multimeter with fine tips and a strong magnifying glass to find out where the cable is broken.

Thanks for tip, I having both tools by me, but you properly don't have any idea what I'm messing with.
It's a 13 pins plug that only 4 mm in wide. Very thiny. Also lots of components are placed on it, so not only a directly cable to the pad but a whole circuit, and third, surprise the touchpad cannot be removed from front that only not make the operation complex but also I cannot use my multimeter there either.
Can I have some luck please?
