player stuck on play pause

i've gone through the green screen, the yellow ,the purple the reset, the language and now its

working ... but it seems to be stuck on a play pause. its hard to navigate. if you play a song you hear it play and pause(icons change too) over and over

any ideas

The play button must have malfunctioned, or if you are plugged in to a power source, it may be caused by electrical interference.

Try gently smacking the play/pause/power button on your palm, it could be stuck.

and same i think something is stuck with the navigation.

Maybe it's a button being stuck, but it could also be or a loose connection or broken cable/soldering joint.
