Random numbers and letters buried in the comments area of my MP3 files are causing my Meizu not to recognize artist/album information. Because the songs are coming out of my iTunes library, it's a real chore to erase the comments in each file. I have 2 questions -- is this a problem with the Meizu firmware and updating the firmware will fix the prob? or if nobody knows of a firmware problem, is there a way to wipe out the comments from a large number of files scattered across a lot of folders all at once?
Thanks
