Meizu doesn't turn on

The second day i have it and it doesn't turn on!
It's a black screen, and the screen doesn't do anything.
One thing though, i can here it when scrolling! And the computer does recognize it.
Is there anyway to bring my meizu back to life?!

Reset, or have you tried it already?

if you can hear it scroll it does turn on right?
also the computer recognizes it so it must be on

its can probably be fixed by a noral reset as error mentioned.

this can be done by holding the Enter button(the bottom button of the touch strip) for about 30 seconds.

If that doesn't work you can try a format but I don't think that will be necessary in this case
