help please!!!!!!!!i think i broke my player!!

help! my player is showign this weird yellow screen and says formatting... wat do i do?!?!? i pluged into my computer but nothing shows up!! plz help!

Please calm down and explain a bit more. Is it still showing the formatting screen right now? You should be able to switch off the player and power back on and see a green screen.

Hi and welcome to the forums! Don't worry, you probably just formatted your player by accident. Were you by chance holding down the left button while your player was booting? Just wait until it finishes and you should see a green screen as JkPwNsTeR has mentioned. Then grab some firmware files for your player (Make sure you check your player's version on the back first) and drag them into your player's drive in "My Computer". Hope this helps!

thanx a lot guys! its fixed now. i could just about hug you guys. all i needed to do was plug it into the computer and put the firmware in. i got worried when there was a white screen but its all fixed now .
