Still Having Issues with my M6SL

Still having issues deleting songs either directly or through the computer. When I try just with the player, sometimes I do not get the delete option, But now, on top of that my player says it is playing one song, but it plays a different one, and what I select is not what plays. Also, the past several times I have hooked up my player to the computer, the computer will not read it. It only says new hardware was detected. How can it be so complicated? Please tell me what I can do! Hopefully someone else has had a similar issue and has fixed theirs......
