Trying another way to reset my meizu

    Hi everyone,

Do any of you know if there's another way to format/"super" reset the meizu player M6 than the ones on the FAQ (Pressing and holding buttons or DFU Tools)??

I mean, if there's a possibility to format the meizu by open it up and remove its battery for 5 min or something like that or pressing the little hole that is located next to the hearphones hole.??

No, the M6 uses non-volatile flash memory, which retains the data even after power loss. As for pressing the "button" inside that little hole, that little hole is the microphone.

Why can't a normal reset work? Just hold down the return key for 1 minute. You might not have held it down long enough. Hope this helps.

Maybe the hold button is on or the battery just finally died?
