Hi Meizuers
I have a new M6 player. I am trying to load MP3's but after only loading aroudn 1.3Gb I receive an I/O error that prevents any further data being loaded to the device
I am runing XP SP3 with an AMD processor. Any hints or fixes. Really annoying as this is a relly groovey player.
Cheers

Is it really a genuine Meizu player? Is it 4GB? Sounds like an issue with hacked memory on a fake player.
Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

Yeah, might be a fake player. Does it look like this:http://cache.gizmodo.com/assets/reso...isu_m6_se.jpg? If it looks cheaply made, then it is not a genuine Meizu player. If it does look alike, then you might want to return your player for a replacement.
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.
Players: Meizu M6 SP 4GB, iPod Touch 4G
Headphones: SoundMAGIC PL-50s, Auvio In-Ear Armatures, Bose QC-15s.
Current Audio Congifuration: X-Fi Elite Pro w/LM4562 Mod -> Mission MS-50 + Boston Acoustics Subwoofer

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsHi Guys
Thanks for the reply
I bought the player in Beijing from Haidian when I was living there. It is a 4Gb model with the latest firmware and hs the serial etched on the back. It works really well but for this error and I am confident it is a genuine model (as confident as anything is genuine in China).
Cheers

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsNot sure if this helps but I have discovered if I delete a couple of the folders (pictures and record) i can add more files to music. Selecting properties in the music folder shows I am using "1.41 GB of a disc size of (1,515,356,160 bytes)." This suggest the size of each folder has been limited somehow.
Cheers
