I've got just 3 Questions before I buy a Meizu!

hi!!

I was thinking to buy a meizu or a ipod video ^^ but i think ill buy i meizu... IF!! i can connect it to my itunes?! and how does this "album art" work?? with itunes to?? can someone help me? Does someone know when the 8gb meizu comes out?

I think that itunes is only for ipod, i use WMP11 and explorer to transfer files.

You can sync with iTunes, but need to install software.

iTunes' Album Art is Apple-only, so it won't work.

8GB expected release on March 1st, 2007.

Album art is still in the works.
And for now it only works, if you put the images there yourself.

try media monkey... its like itunes but without the slow performance and limitations

also note that your Itunes AAC songs will NOT work on any player but an Ipod

hm... but i really like my itunes so there is no way to configure itunes with meizu? thanks for the answers!

If you'd read my previous post, you'd know that you CAN sync Meizu with iTunes.

what do you mean with "install software" ?!
but album art is no way?

what is not possible though is o play Itunes music store songs on the Meizu
Songs bought from the Itunes music store have DRM on it. Unfortunately this means they can only be played on the ipod.
Note that this only goes for the Itunes songs you BOUGHT.
The other songs you have in Itunes will work normally on your Meizu

There are many programs that allows this, an example is iTunes Agent.

I tried iTunes Agent once. It's clunky but it works. However it's important to emphasize the point that it does not work with iTunes DRM.

What I do with iTunes purchased music is burn the music on CD and Rip it in WMP. :D

I tried itunes agent but it didn't work, my meizu wasn't recognised how annoying! tried to configure it but maybe i'm not doing something right, is there any details i need to know? thanks

I dunno. iTunes agent is a bit quirky at times. That's how I ended up using WMP.

If you're on a Mac you can use this applescript I wrote to transfer your playlists.
