Welcome to the forums. Just rename the .jpg file as the Album name, so if the album was "The Police Live" You would name the jpeg "The Police Live.jpg" Oh, and put the jpeg file into the Music floder, not another Albums folder.
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.

I never understood these Album Art problems. I Sync'd mine with Windows Media Player and everything worked perfectly first time.

Yup, just name the file the same title as the ID3 tag name for the album. For example...

The Cars - Candy-O is the tag. You would name the file Candy-O with .jpg as the extension. (not 'Candy-O.jpg.jpg as I kind of read earlier in the thread). Put that .jpg into the same folder as the MP3 files for that album...that's it.
