Hello and welcome to Meizu Me. Have you tried to plug it into your computer? If that doesn't work, you can try DFU Tools made for the SL by searching for DFU Tools SL in the forum search. I hope that your problem gets resolved.

Sure, for to do it of update firmware, to put firmware previous, to return to put new firmware I had to do it with them DFU Tools. What another thing might it do?

Really I am very worried...

Thank you very much.

Sounds like someone put it through Google translator. Anyways... There's not really an alternative option... All you can do now is format the player and reinstall the firmware.

And yes, I'm spanish, and my english is terrible, I'm sorry, but I think that this is the best post about Meizu.

Well, I think that "where are you from" never is a razon for nothing, if I prefer this post it's because I think that it is the most professional post for Meizu players and I need proffesional help. I know that pages for translations isn't ok, for spanish are terribles, and I think that it's the same for the english, for this, I'm not using translators pages now. In really I'm sorry for my english, but I think that you can understand me.

Now, I have tried install three distinct firmware and I Know how to do it sure, I need a no usual solution, I'm informatic and I know tipicals solutions with Meizu. The situation is that the Meizu can't pass from de "Loading..." screen, never, and I have tried re-installing three distinct firmware and all posible forms for to format it, but when you try format or start it, never pass of the "Loading..." screen.

Help me please and thank you very much

Look at the back of your player to see your firmware version and then
1)Download the good firmware version (SP=S) (TP=T) or SL here
2)Extract the archive
3)Put M6.ebn in the root folder pf your player
4)Disconnect your player
5)Restart your player after the update.
6)The player should say "No resource" with a green screen. This is normal.
7)Reconnect and copy resource.bin to the root of the player
8)Restart
9)Done.

And by the way, we're not professional help, we're Meizu fans.
If you go to the Spanish forums you may be able to understand what we're saying, as there is a huge language barrier between us right now. You may even brick your player. So get help that you can understand.

Thanks but I attemp your solution before to search in the web and to write here. I attemp whith the original firmware and anothers firmwares. And I can't to put any file in the root because for to do it I need that the Meizu passes from the "Loading..." screen.

And when I say professional it's because in all the spanish and english web, I think that this is the most technical site, and I can understand you. You say "as there is a huge language barrier between us right now", really do you think it? I think that these words are not hospitables. I am grateful for any help, but if for you it's a problem that I'm spanish or my bad english, I'm really sorry, and I prefer that you don`t help me, I no need hard words for... nothing. But especially, thank you for the help.
