Error message when installing skin

Ive had my m6 sp for about a month now i love it its pretty cool i chose it over a zen

i want to install a new cool skin for it i followed all the directions i dowloaded the skin extracted it and checked if it is the correct verison of my player..after that i dragged the bin file to the root.. then i turn the player off then back on it says upgrading ..then it gives me and error message

there are 2 files:
M6SL.ebn - firmware
resource.bin - resources

u need both of them on the player for the update and also please provide the error message.

thats the skin i want to install when i do everything it says updating error

You have to make sure that your firmware is the one specified for the skin. Go to your Meizu SP's settings menu, and then go to about. That will tell you the firmware. If your firmware is 2.003.6, it may be compatible with some 2.003.5 skin (try at your own risk, it worked for me).
