    Have you tried to reset your M6? That's usually enough for most problems.

    Please have a look at the FAQ if you don't know how to do it.

    I have this problem too. I have done resets and it started working again one day for no apparent reason, but now it's back to the fully charged screen on start up. So as of now I can charge it, or it says fully charged.

    I have also tried draining the battery, then charging it again, but that didn't work either. All of my songs and pictures are still on there to.
