M6 froze on USB screen
Plugged in the M6 via USB cable. When I unplugged the cable it the M6 froze up on the USB "Update Music Library".
Now it's completely unresponsive. Any ideas on a reset or what?

i have had this problem also, after this i had to wait until the battery was empty, and it shut off by itself.
i think perhaps i could have done a reset, but i did not have the user manual with me, so i just waited and after that it worked again.

Soft reset is holding Previous Track until the player turns off.

No, actually you hold the return button (Looks like enter button on keyboard) for 1 minute, it should reset.
