No Resource --> grey bar on black screen!

Please help!!
My player showed a green screen with "No Resource. Please upgrade Resource again". So I copied the resource and the m6sl.bin into the root folder of my player. Then suddenly a grey bar appeared on a black screen. And now I cannot turn the player on or off and I cannot connect it to my computer anymore!
Does anybody know what to do now??

Format the player: Press and hold the ON/OFF and the “|<<” buttons together and until player turns OFF itself.
Turn it on, and when it says, connect it.
Copy M6.EBN, Resource.bin files to the player.
Turn off, on. The player turns OFF itself.
Turn it on, and if it says, connect it, copy the resource.bin to the player again.(the player and the firmware must be the same sp/tp/sl)
If it won't work, try DFU..
