m6 sl is stuttering, will not turn off

About 4 hours ago, my M6 SL started to stutter after a song. No big deal, except it still hasn't stopped. i've tried resetting it, holding down the power button forever, etc. multiple times. the screen isn't on, and it's still just stuttering.

I'll probably just have to let it continue until the charge dies, and hope it comes back to normal. I tried searching for a similar issue, but no luck. What the heck is going on?

The ID3 tag format of that song is too new, and the Meizu interprets that as a corrupted song. This is a known bug.

You should've been able to reset the player though... Try connecting it to USB and see if it connects with the computer and gets out of that state.

nope, connecting via USB did not do anything. It finally ran out of juice sometime last night, and appears to be working again. Unfortunately, I have no idea what song was playing before it started to stutter, so I don't know what mp3 to fix.
