[solved] problem with next/forward button

Hi all, I've got a Dane-Elec Meizu M6 for about a month now and am having a problem.

The problem is that the next/forward button is acting really weird now. When I have for example an album, it doesn't go to the next song when I press it. Instead, it is working as if I would do one slide down in the menu (so volume goes down by 1). Hope you get the idea. The back/previous button works normal though.

What can I do, should I get a replacement?

edit: its the SL version btw
edit2: read futher, I got a new one so the problem is solved!

it can't be a SL because Dan elec don't sell it yet dan elec sell just the SP maybe your pad has a fixation default. Try to upgrade your firmware if you're not in 2.004.x

That’s not true. I can get a Dane Elec SL version in my local online store. But okay, it recently new I now have that option. It's not long ago they start selling the SL version and the docking station which also now should be available.

There should not go very long time before you can get one too adamL

ok but i have a m6 SL not dan elec it's a 100% Meizu!!!(really better)

i never see any photo in the web of a m6 SL by dan elec.

well, I'm sure its a SL by dane-elec!
on the back is: "version: SL" The box says SLim. And at start-up I get dane-elec logo too.

I've made you some pictures, to be the first one on the web

Anyway, this still doesnt fix the problem. I've got the latest firmware.

never mind it's a hardware problem you should see your seller i don't see any over solution.

Update: I went to the store I bought it about a month ago, and... I got a complete new one

This solves the problem I had!

btw, if you're interested I can make better pictures outside. This was just done a bit quickly to post them on the net

edit: forget to ask: 1. is it true you lose warrenty if I put meizu firmware on it? (for fm-radio thingie). 2. is protection (case) recommended of can it last 10 years without one? :P
