Hi everyone

I've tried to recover my dead TP player for a while now and i've finally tried a computer that works and is able to recoginzie it as a usb dfu device.

I followed all the directions found here:

It successfully manifests and downloads image 1 into the player

(SST39VF800.dfu)

but once this is done the name in the device bar disappears it's stuck on enumerating....

Im using t1.009 firmware and i've the previous one too...

any advice..?

First advice: get a newer firmware because that one is very... VERY old. 2004.6 looks like a quite good one except for slow library updates. 2002.3 and 2003.2 are also liked by some people, you can search for changes.

And sorry, but don't have any good knowledge on DFU tools (din't need to use it yet), but I think you should do a search on the forums cuz tons of people have already written about this topic with all the info lieing around.
