Problem wit m6, screen is dark but i kan hear the touchpad clicking.

Hey.
I listened to some musik today, and i wanted to change song. But then the player just freezed, i could se the sreen with light but not do anything.
Then after some, it went dark.
But i can still hear the touchpad and the other bottons clicking.
Somebody know whats wrong?

Solved, i just helt the enter, back, and start bottons down.
I saw i in somes other post.

I've got the same problem.
Which buttons dit you press? Enter, back and ... Start buttons?

Have you tried holding enter down for 10+ seconds to do an ordinary reset?

No problem. You should check the file that you were trying to play, when it happened to me it turned out it was just that one file that made it freeze.
