The computer cannot notice the device/Lost USB Charger
Hi!
I have a problem that I've lost my original USB charger. But I bougth 2 new ones , but they aren't working.
The computer is charging the battery , but it doesn't notice it , so I can't upload anything.
I didn't have this problem with the original charger.
What can I do now?
Someone with the same problem?

Have you turned on the player before connecting it to the computer? It should work with any usb cable, I'm using it with 3 different ones...

Yeah , as i said it before i didn't have this proble
m with the original charger.

When I turn it on and plug it in , it still shows the basic background , but the battery is loading.
its cannot be the chargers problem , because i bought 2 different types of it , but the problem is the same with both of them.

what do you mean by "charger" ?

If you're talking about USB cable that link the meizu to your PC, you have to buy a usb/miniUSB cable, not a "charger" cable in wich the pin for the data are not connected.

this is what you should use :


Watch your 2 "charger", and see if you can see the four pin as shown here (standart A) and not only two of them.
