M6 SP video trouble

Hey i just bougth a 8gb m6 sp
when i play videos the words dont match with
the mouthing i was wondering if i can get a answer
And how do i check what firmware i have and how to update it
a little scared to mess it up

Download Batman and try it for converting videos. The converter that came with the player is mediocre. Firmware version is under Main Menu, Settings, About.

To update the firmware, check for the newest version in the Firmware section. How to update is found in the FAQ section.
