Trent Reznor ruined my M6!

Attention grabbing, huh? But yes. I downloaded the free portion of the Ghosts I-IV album (which is really cool BTW, go get it) and when I put it into the M6 it stopped working. Tried soft reset, hard reset, even DFU tool seems not to work.

However, I'm not blaming Trent. It's a DRM free MP3 file. They M6 *should've* worked OK. I've seen this behaviour before with other MP3 files; often while playing some files (it happened to me with Chicago, Mago de Oz and Mastodon) the display would go all screwy, characters missing, etc.

Frustrating because this stuff should not happen. Instead of supporting the current base of customers Meizu is out cavorting with a product that does not even exist. And now they're in trouble with German law. The latest firmware does not offer any groundbreaking fix (i.e.: stuttering).

Mr.Wong, I can't use my player.

They work fine for me (SP 2.004.6).

I got the unofficial Ghosts I-IV 320vbr mp3 torrent from TPB which is totally legit (because of the Creative Commons license that Trent chose for this record) and it works just fine. I'm about to slap FLAC version of it onto my M6.

<sigh> It's not working for me. My M6 is dead in the water.
