Dont know if this is normal...

Ok for some reason my m6 sp will not let me get out of my voice record after i have finished recording. The only way out is if i attach it to usb then unplug the usb. Is this a common error or is there something wrong with my player. The same thing happens with videos, i cannot exit until the whole video has been played... This is very annoying, am i doing something wrong? Also i decided to switch to FW ver 2.003.2, i was wondering where i can get skins for this FW version. Also wondering why my TAGGED music does not show album art or even have any song order, all my music is tagged correctly, i spent a lot of time doing so. :[ i already had to exchange my other player through buy.com because it was completely corrupted. Can anyone help here?

If you have the SP version, press and hold the play button (the top face's button) to exit. It's the same way you power on the player. To exit videos is the same.

I think if you have like one of the newest firmware versions, keep pressing the M button, see if that works. My firmware version is 2.003.2, but I only have to press and hold the play button to exit videos. You have to search for skins, no place to list skins for each firmware.

For album art issues, please search on the forum. In short, your .jpg has to be named the same as the ID3 album tag of that mp3 and altogether in the same folder (preferably) to work.

ya i got album art to work but im telling you the play/power button does NOT exit me out of videos or voice record i have no idea why, i have fw ver 2.003.2. :[ this is upsetting me. Also whats good sync software

You have to press the ENTER button (<--' ) to stop a voice record .

Videos can be stopped with the power/play button.

yes but how to get back to the MAIN menu is the problem...i dont know why my player is doing this i just got it like not even a week ago

If you press the play/power button for 1-2 seconds you should be back in the menu (video).

The enter button has to be pressed until the stop symbol appears, then you can go back to the menu by pressing the M button (voice record).

If this does not work, you should reinstall (or upgrade) your FW.

ahaha sorry just been hyped to get this player and my first one came all glitchy and wouldnt work at all, then this one acted up a little then was good then acted up again so i lost hope. i love this player just seems to have a bad reputation with its glitches and bugs. sorry
