Frozen Meizu M6SL

Greetings, since today my Meizu M6 SL stopped working. It's like it has frozen.
I tried to skip to the next song however it did not respond. None of the buttons were responding and soon the display looked like the background light was turned off. After that the touchpad only makes noises but doesn;t respond to anything. I also already tried the DFU tool but it doesn't appear on it at all. Would be weird if the display is broken. Since it also stopped playing.

I hope any of you can be of existence.

the easyest solution is to wait until the battery runs out,
after that, when you charge it, when you turn it on it will be back to normal.

did you try to reset it? i think that would have solved it.

press the play pause bottom button as long as u can say 30 sec to 1 min then see player will shud down

Ah sorry for the slow response. I've been away for a few days.
Holding the Play/Pause button for a longer period of time didn't work.
However letting the battery run out did.

Is this a common issue or I just bumped into something completely random?
