Help with my 4GB Meizu MP4 Media Player

Okay I'm posting this question again because I still cannot figure how to resolve this:
My player worked well up until two weeks ago when I got this green screen that displayed "NO Resources" "Upgrade Resources again"

Now I received a reply from the Moderator that said:
"It's easy, just reload the resource.bin file to your player! Download the firmware you have on your player currently, and copy the resource.bin file to the root folder of your player. Then restart it and voila!.'

So I reloaded disc that came with my player and reloaded all the music files once again--still had the same problem. My big problem is that I cannot find either the resource.bin or root folder of the player. And when you talk of firmware is it the disc that came with it or a file I need to download? Thanks for any help or clarification on this problem.

come on meizume irc chat network. You could get help much quicker there.

    but
download the firmware files all over (preferrably 2.004.3 or 2.004.5), the link for the files is on a sticker on the homepage or u can just search for it. AFter u have downloaded the file, the file is (winrar file), u need to extract it to a folder. there are 2 files, (resource.bin and m6.ebn). copy both files to the root of the player. the root is the first place u c when u open up the drive where music folder and videos folder are located. then restart the player.
If at any u get the green screen again, just simply copy only the resource.bin file ALONE.

Hello. I think you might be confused. All you have to do is download the same firmware that you updated the player with and only put in the Resource.bin into your player. Hope this and Roryrudy's replies help.
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.

Players: Meizu M6 SP 4GB, iPod Touch 4G

Current Audio Congifuration: X-Fi Elite Pro w/LM4562 Mod -> Mission MS-50 + Boston Acoustics Subwoofer

mbarry, i thought he said the player was in his bag and he just turned it on to see the green screen so we thought he must have accidentally formatted it.

Yeah roryrudy, it was in my gym bag and when I turned it on it had the green screen that says "No Resource! Please Upgrade Resource Again!". Is there something I should be doing differently to resolve the problem? I'm not the most tech savvy guy around either.

Its one of the easiest problems to solve but since you are not a techy guy around here, its going to be hard to explain. so i suggest you read the previous post. If someone could explain it better than I did before, please do so and help him.
