Thanked 1,049 Times in 391 PostsYou just have to reload the resource.bin file! Download the firmware you currently have on the player (or install a new one), and copy the resource.bin to the root folder of your player. That's it. Won't format your player.

Thanked 1,049 Times in 391 PostsGo here and download the firmware according to what type of player do you have (SP/TP/SL). Read the FAQ it contains all the information needed to upgrade the firmware!

download the firmware, there are 2 files (m6.ebn and resource.bin). open the drive in my computer after connected by the usb. then copy the resource.bin file to the part where you see the music folder and videos folder etc---thats the root of the drive (the first place you see as you open the drive).
