I went to put some music on and it wouldnt show up, I checked my computer file and it doesnt show up. It works fine usually idk why its messing up now. I tried turning the USB to MTP and still nothing so I turned the Meizu off and back on again then put it back to MSC and nothing showed up again. Can anyone help me?

Thanked 14 Times in 11 PostsHello. First, try another USB cable. The one you are using right now could be broken. Does the player function fine (Turns on, off, plays music etc.)? If so, the most likely reason is a faulty USB cable. Leave the setting on MSC. Hope this helps.
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.

leave the setting on msc and check the cable as barry said and do a soft reset. also make sure to restart the computer.
