after i convert my video file on my computer it puts these weird green lines across the screen. im not sure why this is happening. the lines are taking up most of the screen so really cant ignore them... cant find anyone else with this problem... if any ideas please lett me know i dun think its the mini player cuz ive updated the firmware and the same problem exists. its something that happens while i convert the file im not sure if im doing something wrong...so far ive tried installing the new up to date software that is on the site. please help

i don't know what can cause such problem, but try converting you videos with Batman. you can find it here in the "Video and Imaging" section.

its just so weird it was working fine before this just all of the sudden happened. ugh its so annoying. but ill try batman and get back to you.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 Postsok sorry i didnt wait for the conversion to finish... the sound works now... but why is there a delay in the sound. the lips move faster than the voice do... is there anyway i can fix that... please help

The delay on the PC is there on purpose. The Meizu needs it to play the video lipsync in the end.BatMan, the free video converter for Meizu players. Problems ? English First Aid here. Deutsche Erste Hilfe hier.

if a video converted with BatMan has a delay on the M6, then the original video must be out of sync. You can correct that with BatMan by using the special command "delay" and entering the estimated delay in milliseconds.
