Player stuck on Loading....screen

I have not had ANY problems with my player unitl now. Now when i attempt to turn it on, the player is stuck on the "loading...." screen. Can anyone please help. Also where the heck can i find a usb cord?? Thanks to all!!

read the faq and use the search instead of opening a new thread. where can you find a usb cord? that's not even a serious question...

well thanks for your answer for the cord, now can you help with getting my player past the Loading screen!!

So you've tried reading the FAQ, then searching the forum for previous threads of the same problem and still can't fix it... right?

If not, do so. We're not going to spoonfeed you.

I have even tried to reset and a hard reset. Can I send to fixed anywhere ???
