Video's do not work Please help

Can anyone help me please... i cant seem to get any video's to work on my player.

Perhaps you could provide some info on what type of video files you are trying to play and how you encoded them?

yea i should prolly do that right... well i tried to just compress my avi file but all the player did was load it up the video then as soon as it was about to play it went back to the video list.. then i tried it again without compressing it and it did the same thing. i tried it with a different video also but the same thing happened. the video is just a avi file.

it cant be just avi

resolution: 320x240
fps: 18-20


it must be xvid codec, with mp3 sound i think (any bitrate)

sometimes SOME videos simply WON'T open on the player and it shows loading icon and goes back to the videos folder, i had this 3 times

so it wont play AVI videos.... i just tried to play a xvid video that did the same thing.

there are some more specifications to be met, that's why there is a preconfigured video converter on the cd that came with your Meizu, and also there are a handful of better converters available in this forum for download which make converting your videos actually easy and fun.

ok so now it was about to start but its stuck at 00.00.00 and the movie wont start. and the player is frozen.
