uh oh... cannot connect meizu to computer

i try and i try and i try and i try i cant get no..da na na .. satisfaction da na na... ok so somethings going on where i cannot connect my meizu to my computer without my computer getting the BSOD (blue screen of death) i would reset my meizu and it should be fine but... i have all my photos on my meizu caus i reinstalled windows and had to throw a few things on the meizu to store for the time being. i managed to transfer a few things over back to the computer but things went wrong and now everytime i connect the meizu to comp the comp crashes and resets or goes into BSOD mode and i have to restart. i can browse in the meizu and see the folder i want to copy over. at first i thought it may have been a few corrupt sound files that were copyied over during the backup transfer because these .wav files were being updated into the music library and when i played them they would just jump from one to another without playing the whole file. i deleted 4 of them through the meizu browser but about 5 remain. i have searched through every folder on the meizu and i cant find where the other 5 .wav are? its like they are hidden or something. ive checked through nearly 5 times. where could these files be??? maybe if i delete them it might connect without causing a crash. im not sure. its quite annoying caus i had all of my photos transfered. is there some way to reset the meizu without losing data that may work to help smooth out any probs it may have run into during the transfer back to my computer? can i ever find these .wav files and delete? can i ever connect and browse and transfer from meizu to comp again? should i just accept the fact that i have lost all these photos and move on? need your help. tough one this one..cheers
