How can I get a replacement for faulty M6?

I purchased a Meizu M6 8 GB miniplayer (SP version) on ebay from a retailer in China 6 months ago. However, the player no longer functions as it should. The player does work, but the sound quality has deminished and lacks volume and bass frequency. I have tried using other earphones to see if this would correct the problem, but it did not. The player has not been dropped or abused in any way. I believe the problem is with the internal component.

I love my miniplayer and have had no other issues with it. Please, someone provide me with information on how to have it repaired, replaced, or exchanged.

The first thing to do is always contact your seller. If that fails, you can try contacting Meizu, sometimes they help you to fix it for free, sometimes you'll need to pay a fee.
